So, this is a VHS only release?! That's so stupid, might as well go back to the Laserdisc to, at least they have better picture :roll:

If there's a DVD then why is there just VHS on that ad? Is that a VHS only ad or something?

I really don't know. I'm just trying to make sense of what I've seen. Once someone actually gets it we should know. I believe it comes out today.

I think it'd be most likely that this will be a dvd. It's become a lot more commonplace, and they're less bulky to distribute than VHS

> Get an application from August issue of any of Shogakukan's Mebae, Youchien or Shougaku-Ichinensei.
> Send the application to Shogakukan. ( Copy is not valid )
> Receive the video and the payment-form.
> Pay 980 yen with the form + 70yen/handling, within two weeks after receiving the video.

But wait ! How do you buy any of these magazines ?
But hurry up ! The deadline is set. ( July/30 )
But worst of all, they don't ever consider about overseas shipping at all, because the price ( 980 yen ) includes just 110 yen as the domestic postage of Japan.

Of course they can. There ain't no region encoding on VCRs. Besides, I have at least 2 Japanese tapes that I can play.
