theres nothing on the offical site of namco containing the words "Sailor Moon" At all

Not much that can be done about the Wii update, unfortunately. The hacking scene for the Wii is pretty weak, so unless you get a modchip, you're about SOL.

However, apparently some people that complained to Nintendo's customer service line got a bunch of Wii points added to their accounts for free. Maybe you should try and get in on some of that.

Lilly, great job. It's interesting that they give it a release date but I'm cynical and still kind of sketchy. Either way, I'll put it on the front page.

i would so play if you had to spin around with the wiimote like it was a scepter. i mean , just think. all you would need is a costume, then you could really feel like sailor moon!

I think someone was having a bit of fun with the possibilities. Though I'm surprised the person in that picture isn't Yoshimoon.

No, someone is playing a Wii while holding Wii controllers along with Sailor Moon toys. You can see both in his hands.

That's the PGSM Moon Stick in my right hand with the Wii Remote, Star Tambourine in my left hand with the nunchuck and the Broach around my neck.

The game is the Sailor Moon S fighter for the Super Famicom.

The case at the right on top of the TV is volume 2 of the region 2 DVDs and is there by complete coincidence as I was watching it at the time.

I think it will be a beat'em up, take a look at this Bandai/Namco (!!!!!) product for the Wii console, it's an awesome Dragon ball game, so if the game is really a Namco game, well, it will be an awesome one.

TGS (Tokyo Game Show) is coming up next month so we'll have to wait and see if these rumors are true. There's a big Sega rumor going around saying they'll be showing off new Jet Set Radio, Shenmue, Space Channel 5 and even a Sonic RPG.

In Sailor Moon gaming news, I picked up some nice used copies of Sailor Moon S on the 3DO and Sailor Moon Super S for the PS1. I tried the FreeDO emulator on my computer with the CD. The game runs, but I can't use a controller and the emulator isn't 100% so all of the music and sound effects sound garbled and cruddy. Usagi and the rest of the girls sound like they suffered a stroke or something.

Haven't tried SuperS yet, but I will do that tomorrow. Need sleep.....zzzzz...

The Gameboy games are among the older ones. I think there was only one for Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon R.

Super Famicom, Playstation and Sega Saturn are newer, though which was the last I don't.

Simply put the games stopped when the show stopped, like most things did.

I think the one game on Playstation 1 with Chibi-Usa and the kids controller came out a year or two after the show eneded in Japan, I'll check Sailorvgame again and see what the year was.

Some news from Lilly from Matsuricon.

She called me this afternoon and told me that a guy came up to her in the Art Room and said he was from Arbha Archaic Jump Productions (?) and said he was WORKING on the Sailor Moon Game.

He said it's based on Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon and it's on the Nintendo Wii.

Lilly said she'll be home later tonight to fill us in on what he said. I put the name of the company in and nothing came up, I must have heard her wrong on my phone and maybe put the wrong name in.

She said her PSGM panel is tomorrow and he would come by, so if he does Lilly will try to ask him to come up and speak.
