Which says a Sailor Moon Wii Game for the end of this year by NAMCO.
Can anyone comfire this of I'm I just going crazy?

None of the Bandai-Namco sites have this game listed, but it's probably too early.

For those who don't know, Bandai and Namco have been merged. It's kind of confusing, as they have like 3 sites.

Anyways, I think it's more likely that Bandai is the one taking care of this game (considering copyrights) >_>;

What I mean by "Too early" is that it's just announced. We'll probably have to wait a bit for an official announcement.

December 31st 2007 sounds sort of like some kind of default date they put in for really far stuff they don't know about. I still wouldn't discount the possibility that this just won't happen but it's more promising than nothing for sure. They must have some sort of reason to put that up.

I signed up to be notified of more details by e-mail so we'll see.

A new Sailor Moon game would explain why the Sailor Moon Channel website is still being updated, who knows maybe the game will take place in the manga continuity?

Oh. Wow. I love my Wii and the only thing that could make it better would be being able to prance around as Sailor Moon on it.

But as always, I'm not getting my hopes up here.

I'd really like to hear from Bandai/Namco about this. I doubt it would be true, but if they made it, I would import it in a nanosecond, hopefully they get the Wii Boot Disks out soon.

I don't know any good reason for a shop to put on preorder a false item...cross fingers!

I wouldn't trust a rumor like this as far as I could throw it, seeing as it's digital and I can't actually touch it at all. So I won't hope. But God, I would love for this to happen. Maybe I can't help hoping. I could move the Wii remote just like the Moon Rod and angle it to vaporize enemies! (Slaps self for being hopeful)

And I wouldn't be able to resist calling out: "You're Moon-Dusted!"

We have been informed by our supplier that the publisher may release this item by December. Availability may change and we will wait for updates from the supplier regarding this matter before changing the details on our website. Currently it has been said to be released by December 31, 2007.

I popped over to Animenation and saw their post saying that Toei officially reopened its US website. If this is a hint that they might be distributing in the US again, and this possible game being released in the Fall could reignite BSSM fans, do you think they might be attempting to promote the show again, thus releasing it here as well?

Someone probably got so pissed and annoyed by all these people trying to make Sailor Moon games themselves, they decided to either make a real one or pretend there's a real one so that shitty fan-games wouldn't be made and unnecessarily glorified.
