You could still import. AmiAmi will likely have her, but they've had a huge problem with running out of preorder stock really quickly lately (well, for high demand items), so you will probably have to jump on it if you want to order there. However, there's tons of figure import sites like Otacute, Nippon Yasan, ImageAnime, HLJ, ect.

Kotono Mitsuishi sounds like she's really straining her voice in that ad :-/ Maybe it's not such a good idea for her to portray Sailor Moon in the new anime, I mean a 45 year old doing a high voice like that must hurt

They ARE releasing this figure in North America. Bluefin Tamashii Nations USA is distributing it. Though, I wonder what's happening with the Chibi figure they announced along with this one.
