Well Moonies everywhere can rejoice that she's that strong. Owned the crap out of many popular characters and topped out Goku on the countdown too.

I already knew Seiya would mae 3rd Place.

I didn't expect ilor moon to make 4th place;I was expecting top 10(around 7th or 6th place) but not 4th.

Rejoice, Only DS,Seiya,and Tenchi Muyo would beat Moon and thats something us Moones should be proud off.

I disagree with DS being above Seiya though,I think its the other way around.

I'm getting confused about SM being above DBZ...

i mean, sure they have speed over DBZ, but that's all i see. they have three planet busters(Galaxia, Saturn and Moon) but DBZ by Majin Buu saga is filled with planet busters...

plus, DBZ is lot more durable then SM

so i'm a little confused...

It's because of speed and hax. Sailor Moon also has time manipulators and some dimension manipulators, intangible/non-corporeal beings, and Sailor Moon in her final form is way over planet busting considering she reality warped a galaxy. Lots of other haxes are to be found.

Also, there are more planet busters: Tuxedo Mask (likely but I need to find the statements), Queen Serenity who was the previous holder of the Silver Crystal, and Death Phantom considering he's a living planet and can bust them just by sending some of his crystals to the surface.

Time manipulation would affect them.

Soul Steal would affect Cell and the Androids because Cell is organic and 18, 19, and 20, respectively were humans beforehand. The only ones it would not affect would be 16 and 19.

because IMO, Cell chrarges a Kamehameha, IT's behind Galaxia and unleashes it.

DBZ and SM wins, even after the time skip.

Majin Dark Schneider would still crush them even though he'd be at a speed disadvantage. Even worse for Dragon Knight Dark Schneider.

Dispel Bound utterly fuc.ks over anything in DBZ or SM. Add Eternal Atoms on top of that and you get the idea.

Chibi Moon busted Nemesis along with Sailor Moon at the end of the second arc. It's not power scaling at all- direct feat.

Aside from Moon, Tux,Galaxia, and Chibi Moon, DBZ overall on average has more powerful characers in terms of destructive powers and more Planet Busters.

The other Senshis aside from the ones mentioned above are Street Level Busters at most.

So DBZ actually has more powerful characters on average in overall stats save for speed(SM has the fastest anime/manga characters just right after Saint SEiya)

If he can catch up with them,he'd be able to solo most of the Sailor Senshis save for Moon and Galaxia.

All those planet buster at least in SM would calculate up to 6(with 1 onf them being a Galxy Buster).

Lets see how many DBZ has.

Goku,Vegeta,Gohan, Gotenks,Frieza,Majin Buu,Cell, the Androids, Future Trunks, Vegito,Gogeta

More planet busters in DBZ overall.

Don't forget that the low tiers of Z(Krillian,Yamcha,Nappa,etc) are at least city busters with the stronger ones being theoritically Continent Busters through Powerscaling.

PS Would Adnrodis 19 and 20 be Planetbusters(I think via powerscaling they would considering Frieza got slaughtered by Goku in the Manga)?

GT also has a universe buster, Omega Shenron. And Gogeta casually deflected it, and CHANGED it into positive energy. Also, his Big Bang Kamehameha nearly kills Omega in one blast. In some games, he has an even stronger version, "Big Bang Kamehameha x100" If the regular one nearly killed Omega Shenron, just imagine how powerful it is multiplied by 100.

Omega shenron isn't a Universe buster. sure he might've destroyed it overtime, but he couldn't outright bust it
