Thus Smoking Bomber's Version of Sailor Moon is a Casual Galaxy Buster who has Galaxy Level Endurance and may possibly be a match for even the Gods of Saint Seiya and Galactus without UN from Marvel(thus making her a Universal Threat).

PBX's Worshipped version of Satan is Megaversal;not only that, but he is so powerful that he would casually destroy the Lord of Nightmares(from Slayers) and even the TOAA of Marvel(arguably the strongest omnipotent being in all of fiction). PBX's Satan is WAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY beyond Omnipotent to the point he can destroy all of fiction in a snap and even beat the Biblical God. Only PBX's version of God can hope to stand a chance with PBX Satan, and at most the fight would only achieve a Stalemate.PBX Satan is Mega X Beyond Omnipresent ad Mega X Beyond Omniscent(as is his overpowered version of God who would slaughter Biblical God).

No way. PBX Satan is too slow. SSJ4G can destroy dimensions if PBX Satan decides teleport to another dimension. SSJ4G is the fastest. His faster than Star Trek Voyagers warp 10. Warp 10 is sloth speed compared to SSJ4G's omniverse busting speed.
