Got it this past Saturday, it's my first tattoo. This photo is from right when she finished, so don't mind the blood. ^_______^;

I'm using a more recent photo for my Twitter profile. Once it's all healed I will take some more high res pics

I'm REALLY excited about it! I waited 10 years to get a tattoo. I wanted one when I was 18 but I couldn't decide on what or where. I chose the Ginzuishou because it shows off my love for Sailormoon to anyone who happens to know what it is, but it's also a very beautiful image as a crystal flower. The location choice should be obvious!

It hurt a lot though.

Thanks! She told me afterwards that I sat well for it and it is one of the most painful places to get a tattoo. T_____T At least maybe now the next one won't seem so bad?

Right when I was done my friend asked, "Do you think you will get another one?" and I said, "NO I THINK THIS WAS ENOUGH! D:" but now that some time has passed I think I might someday get another one ^___^;

The feeling that radiates through your sternum is rather interesting, to say the least.

Echelon9: I've always wanted a tattoo but I couldn't really commit to what or where. Sometimes I would think of what I wanted but wouldn't have a good reason to put it any place in particular. There are a few Sailormoon collectors that I'm friends with who have brooch tattoos on their chest. I think it's clever and really pretty so I wanted something similar, but there's not really one brooch or another that I really like enough to get permanently on my body. Somehow I eventually came to the idea of the crystal and once I had the idea I couldn't stop thinking about it and so I knew it had to be done!

If you decide on another one, do you have any ideas for what it should be?

That's the same thing I'm wondering about.

I think probably I will get another one but it will be a while before I can think of what and where.

Do you welcome suggestions here?

Best Sailor Moon related tattoo I've seen so far. I love that it is recognizable to fans, but that other people can also appreciate it for its beauty alone. Great idea.

Awesome Ginzuishou tattoo

I would love to get like a Holy Moon Chalice tattoo on my back, but I'm too much of a crybaby to get one.
And that I'm too young.

I'm not a tattoo person, but I will not be against anyone if they have a SAILOR MOON tattoo l o l. That is awesome! Did it hurt a lot? I've heard lots of things from t.v about infections, sickness and awful pain D:. It is very well drawn!

If I was into getting one myself, I would get the Holy Grail or second locket on my chest. I wonder if anyone has ever tried getting a crescent moon on their forehead

Or an inverted one.

I've thought about getting a Black Moon tattoo along with my idea of the ginzuishou, the orgel, and Chibiusa's time key on a chain... but definitely NOT on my forehead! That's what cosplay props and spirit gum are for.

Beautiful tattoo, Sakky! I've never seen a ginzuishou tattoo and the detail that went into yours is just incredible! I can't imagine getting a tattoo on my chest, I'm too much of a baby to have anything done in that tender area.

BTW, Sakky, what does your hubby think about your tattoo?

SailorBecky: yes, it hurt quite a bit T___T but it's not like slam your finger in the door kind of pain... it's different (and it really only hurts when the artist is actually drawing, once they stop so does the pain).

The crescent moon on my forehead was the first idea I pitched to my husband! Then I 'settled' for this one. He actually really likes it though and now he's thinking about getting one!

I would love to do Chibiusa's key on a chain around my ankle. Or even (once I'm done with babies) maybe Pluto's belt around my waist A communicator watch on a wrist would also be cool... xD

Nothing in particular when I asked about that, actually - I was just asking that question for the sake of asking it & all.

Lol. Jello again. I decided that was to be my next but i couldnt get it. Mine looked different though. More coming out of the chest type.
My next was a double crescent idea.
Havent gotten an sm one yet but will.
I am thinking of making another design.
