Yes, I have revived my Stars dub, and am casting from scratch. Here are the audition lines.

Usagi Tsukino / Sailor Moon : Casted (Stacy)

Ami Mizuno / Sailor Mercury :

#1 Although we are done with our entrance exams, I can't wait to see what our high school exams will be like. (happy, excited but still quite and shy)

#2 According to my calculations... If we hit her together...simultaneously, we should be able to defeat her, Sailor Uranus.

#3 Mercury Crystal Power!! Make up!!!! (shout this)

Rei Hino / Sailor Mars : Casted (Crystal Blue)

Makoto Kino / Sailor Jupiter

#1 Ohhhhh...!!! Today is sports day, how cool!!! You girls are out of the race now... With my superior sport skills, I will win Seiya over for sure!!! (excited and tomboyish)

#2 Usagi... Don't lose hope, we're with you... Remember that! (hurting, aching and on the verge of dying)

#3 Jupiter Oak Evolution!!!!! (shout this)

Minako Aino /Sailor Venus

#1 Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!!!!! The Three Lights are enrolled at our school!!!! (super-excited and happy)

#2 How dare you interrupt my day in the spot light!!! I am Sailor Venus and in the name of Venus I shall punish you!! (ditzy and mad)

#3 Venus, Love and Beauty Shock!!!! (shout this cutely)

Michiru Kaiou /Sailor Neptune

#1 I don't know what it is about being here... But the calmness of it all...puts me at ease. (quite, calm and sexy voice)

#2 Do it Mars!!! You have to survive this to protect our Princess!!! Please....(yelling, in pain and very angry) do it... (calm and sad)

#3 Neptune Planet Power!!!! Make Up!!! (shout this)

Haruka / Sailor Uranus :
#1 : If you ever go near our princess again I will kill you myself!!! (ticked off) (Uranus tries to sound like a man)

#2 : Uranus Planet Power.... Make Up!!! (shouting)

#3 : Michiru, my love, I feel more at ease behind a steering wheel than at this giant fish tank.


Setsuna / Sailor Pluto :
#1 : It is time... We must take Hotaru, I am sorry, but this must be... (soft and sexy voice)

#2 : OH NO!!! THOSE DRONES ARE ATTACKING HOTARU!!!! (In shock and shouting)

#3 : Dead Scream (whispering in a soft and sexy voice)


Hotaru / Sailor Saturn :
#1 : We must stop Galaxia before it is too late and she destroys the world!!!(soft sweet little girl voice)

#2 : It's nice to see you again, Chibi-usa! (happy)

#1 We must hope that one day our message will reach our princess. If we continue to sing then it will reach her some day....

Sailor Tin Kitty
#1 Oh dear what should i do? Run Sailor Soldiers, the monster is gonna get you!!!(scared and concerned) No wait stay here and meet your doom... (very evil) (cute voice)

Queen Nehelenia
#1 While i am in this abyss, my beauty will last forever. (Sigh) What a beautiful sleep. (soft spoken, mature and sexy)

#2 I shall take my revenge on you NOW, Sailor Moon. Your eyes, they are filled with hatred now, how exquisite, how perfectly exquisite.... (hahhaah) (spiteful)

All extras will be casted per episode, and will be posted up on a later audition....

I do believe I'll attempt to get an audition in. By any chance can we go for more than one role? (Like as a back up or something?)

If I had any acting ability or knew how to record my voice and send it over the net I'd audition as Hotaru or Michiru ^^. Oh well, hope this project goes well for you.

That's a reasonable request considering the fact that it happened all the time in the anime itself w/ the voice of Usagi doubling as ChibiChibi.

Will there be any place to download the episoded when he gets them done?

Most likely, but he hasn't casted a lot of the roles yet. But then again the deadline isn't until April 1st now.

Just as long as there is a place where I can download it when it comes out, I'm happy. Even though I've got Japanese/Subtitled, I always keep an eye out for a dub of the show. I found two, actually, but the first was "DIC-ified" even though the actors sounded great and all. The other one I found was as true as they could be, but the voice acting wasn't all that great and neither was the quality of the clips.

I never subscribed to the common notion that Sailor Pluto whispers that phrase.

Although Nehelenia is one way to write the goddess Nehalennia's name, there are Japanese sources that specifically use ネヘレニア for the Nehellenia spelling. You should read my Origin of Queen Nehellenia's Name article.

If I had a mic, I'd audition for Tin Kitty, but the way that I sound when I do her voice sounds more like Iron Mouse to some people.

I'll keep my low opinions of fandubs out of this thread...I promise...but I did feel the need to comment...


I find it strange that they translated Nyanko, but not Seiren. It's not even a translation - "Nyanko" doesn't even mean "Cat" or "Kitty." "Nyan" is the Japanese version of the sound a cat makes. "ko" just makes it a girl's name. So it's loosely "Meow-Child".

In fact, come to think of it...wayyy back in 2001, the infamous Sailor Stars Dub joke I wrote that year called her Tin Kitty as a joke on the silly people over at DiC and their strange concept of naming. It's a really bad name, and if the dub will be keeping the original names, why bother changing Nyanko?

I will begrudingly admit that you're already leagues better by seemingly making an attempt at not bastardizing the series to fit your own notions (my biggest beef with "Negavision Productions" Sailor Stars dub).

If I was to translate Sailor Tin Nyanko (not that I know a great deal of Japanese or anything, just the odd word) I'd be tempted to call her Sailor Tin Meowy - or Sailor Tin Meowette but they just sound stupid ><

I like to say that sometimes Nyao is better representation of a cats cry than Meow is, or a least I think so.
